Clogged Arteries, High Cholesterol

By Irene

I had clogged arteries and high cholesterol for 13 years. Prior to Chinese medicine I had been under the care of a cardiologist and medication.

My results with acupuncture care were excellent!!

I stayed out of the hospital for three years. Thanks to acupuncture, also when I went into the hospital it would take them 20 minutes to relieve my chest, and arm pain. When I came to my acupuncturist, it took two minutes to relieve me of the same attack.

By all means I do not in anyway feel 80 years old, and I am in great hopes that I am really holding my own, and most of this is due to my time in acupuncture. My acupuncturist worked on my cholesterol which was high, very high! Today it is low, and very normal.

Thank you acupuncture! I feel like 50. Give it a try, and stick with it.

Irene
Age 80

Editor's Note:
While we are pleased to hear of Irene's success with traditional Chinese medicine, patients within the acute stage of myocardial infarction, or what we call a "heart attack" are often times better off going directly to the emergency room in a conventional Western hospital. In order to maintain the personal flavor of those who write down their experiences with acupuncture, we do not edit the way in which they express themselves, even when it may be medically inaccurate. There is a difference between the myocardial infarction and its precurser which is called angina or chest pain. It is likely that Irene suffered from angina, and we're happy that she's feeling 50 again. : )
