Chinese Name: Meichong (English translation: Eyebrow Ascension)

Location:  On the scalp, directly above UB 1, .5 cun within the anterior hairline, between Du 24 and UB 4.

Indications:

  • Headache, vertigo, nasal congestion
  • Epilepsy

Functions: Expels Wind, benefits the eyes and nose, clears the head region.

Needling: Subcutaneous insertion .3 - .5 cun.
